We're seeking an Education Officer to continue the provision of Manx Birdlife's services to the island's schools and youth organisations.
The post holder will provide in-class and outdoor activities for young people aimed at inspiring an appreciation of wild birds and the environment.
Teaching or other youth education experience and an interest in wildlife conservation are required. However an expertise in ornithology is not vital.
The role is suitable for someone with experience of, for example, teaching biology, wildlife conservation advocacy, or similar in-class/extra-curricular teaching or youth leadership.
This is a contract role for two days a week until August 2017.
