Alex is an Ecologist, Educator, and a recent MSc by Research graduate who was born and raised in the Isle of Man. She originally joined Manx BirdLife as a volunteer in 2022, and produced the ’20 years of the Garden Birdwatch’ publication during this time. Alex is also an artist in her spare time, with her work being inspired by Manx nature, including birds.
Her favorite birds are ducks and waders, especially the Curlew, which was the focus species for her Masters degree.
