Manx BirdLife is seeking an experienced nature reserve (site) manager to develop and maintain the new Point of Ayre National Reserve.
A suitable ecological or conservation-based qualification is required. Significant proven first-hand experience of managing the restoration of quarries for nature is essential.
The role will involve site and visitor management, including creating a long-term site plan, habitat management, financial planning, biological monitoring, visitor and volunteer management, health and safety, and other aspects of managing a successful nature reserve.
