Peel Harbour is a fantastic spot for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts.

This scenic area is well known for its nesting Black Guillemots, which can often be seen tucked into crevices along the harbour wall or resting on moored boats. The calm waters also provide an ideal setting to observe rafts of Eiders gently bobbing on the surface.

To reach this peaceful location, park at Fenella Bay car park—just before the short causeway to Peel Castle—and take a leisurely walk along West Quay Road beside the harbour. It’s a simple yet rewarding route that offers great opportunities to observe local coastal wildlife up close.
