Join the ever-enthusiastic Tim Earl for his popular 'Introduction to Bird watching' course, this time with a special focus on the amazing summer visitors to the Isle of Man.
Run in conjunction with the Manx Ornithological Society, Tim’s courses are always informative, engaging, and accessible, making them ideal for anyone who wants to learn the best ways to observe birds. With Tim’s guidance, you’ll discover how to identify various bird species, where to spot them, and how to make the most out of your bird watching experience.
In addition to practical tips and expert advice on bird identification, Tim will also share recommendations on the best bird watching kit to help you get the most from your time outdoors and choose the right tools for your bird watching journey.
The course also provides a fantastic opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded people. Share your experiences, exchange tips, and expand your knowledge of the amazing birds that call the Isle of Man home during the summer months.
The course begins on 29th April and will run over the course of three weeks, there will be three evening classroom-based sessions (7.00 to 9.00pm approx.) and three weekend morning outdoor sessions at Manx hot spots for bird watching.
